These terms apply to all sessions and services booked with Flow - The Art of Healing, operated by Ardré Foote in Raglan, New Zealand. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Booking
Sessions can be booked online via our booking page (powered by Cal.com) or by direct contact. A confirmation email is sent for every booking.
Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable to your session is the price displayed at the time of booking.
Payment
- Single sessions — paid online at the time of booking via our secure Stripe checkout. Accepted methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Afterpay (buy now, pay later in 4 instalments), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant; Flow Dome does not store card details.
- Packages — enquire from the Begin page (Save with a package section); a secure Stripe payment link is sent by email. A confirmation email is sent automatically once paid.
- Currency — all charges are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full at Ardré’s discretion
- No-shows are charged in full
- To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly
Lateness
If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to honour your booking, but the session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment time. The full session fee still applies.
Health disclosure
It is your responsibility to disclose any health conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy details that could affect the safety or effectiveness of a session. Please use the intake questions on the booking form, or tell Ardré at the start of your session.
We may decline to deliver a session if it would be unsafe (for example, recent surgery, certain skin conditions, or contraindicated pregnancies). In that case, the session fee is refunded in full.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to decline or stop a session if conduct is inappropriate, intoxication is suspected, or the safety of either party is compromised. The session fee is non-refundable in such cases.
Packages and gift vouchers
- Packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (typically 3 to 6 months)
- Sessions remaining at the end of the validity period expire and are not refundable
- Gift vouchers, if issued, are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Limitation of liability
Sessions are intended for relaxation, recovery, and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care. We make no medical claims. If you have a medical condition, please consult a doctor before booking.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the price paid for that session.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
